Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pocket EA, operated by Alpha Code LLC (“Pocket EA,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using Pocket EA, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

The service

Pocket EA is an AI-assisted personal executive assistant. Depending on your plan and configuration, it can converse with you, remember details, manage tasks and commitments, process files, connect to services you authorize, and ring you inside the app for scheduled accountability conversations.

AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Review important information and confirmations. Pocket EA is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, mental-health, emergency, or other professional advice.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials and devices, and activity under your account. Contact hello@pocket-ea.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

Connected services and external actions

Calendar and email connections are optional. Pocket EA may present a preview before creating or changing an event, drafting or sending an email, or performing another external action. You are responsible for checking recipients, dates, times, attendees, content, and conflicts before confirming. Provider outages, permissions, and rate limits may prevent an action from completing.

Scheduled in-app accountability calls

Full-Time users can choose times for Pocket EA to ring inside the app. These calls require a supported device, internet access, notification permission, and provider availability. They are not carrier telephone calls, emergency alerts, or guaranteed delivery services. You remain responsible for deadlines, appointments, and commitments.

Trials, subscriptions, and billing

• Eligible accounts receive one seven-day Full-Time trial beginning with the first assistant interaction and subject to stated usage limits.
• Part-Time Assistant is listed at $30 per month and Full-Time Assistant at $100 per month, subject to localized pricing, taxes, and the final terms shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the provider that processed the purchase.
• Refunds, cancellation timing, and billing disputes are handled under the applicable Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play rules.
• Deleting Pocket EA does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Acceptable use

You may not use Pocket EA to:

• Break the law, violate another person’s rights, or facilitate fraud, abuse, harassment, or deception.
• Disrupt, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another account.
• Bypass safety, usage, billing, authentication, or security controls.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use or direct Pocket EA to send unauthorized communications.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Pocket EA a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and to provide features you request. You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide that content.

Pocket EA intellectual property

Pocket EA, its software, design, branding, and service content are owned by Alpha Code LLC or its licensors. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of Pocket EA intellectual property.

Termination

You may stop using Pocket EA or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to protect the service or others, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to a material violation of these Terms. See Account Deletion for available deletion paths.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pocket EA is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free output.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Code LLC and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to Pocket EA will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Alpha Code LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be identified by the date above and, when appropriate, communicated in the app. Questions can be sent to hello@pocket-ea.app.
