Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Pocket EA account from the app or request deletion by email if you no longer have access to the app.

Delete from the app

1. Open Pocket EA and go to You.
2. Open Your data.
3. Select Delete account and confirm the permanent deletion.

Delete without the app

Email us from the address registered to your Pocket EA account. We may ask for limited additional information to verify ownership before completing the request.

What is deleted

Account deletion removes your login and user-owned conversations, messages, tasks, commitments, memories, onboarding answers, uploaded files, connected-service credentials, notification registrations, call history, and related assistant data, subject to limited legal and operational retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Pocket EA account does not automatically cancel an active Stripe, Apple, or Google subscription. Cancel through the same provider that billed you to prevent future renewal.
